This page describes how Treydly handles information submitted through the Treydly Chart beta download page.
Download requests
When you request the beta by email, we store your email address and request time so we can administer the beta and respond to download-related issues. Download clicks without an email do not require an account or personal profile.
Marketing consent
We store marketing consent separately from download requests. We send product updates only when you actively check the marketing-consent box. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell download-request information. We retain it only as long as reasonably needed for beta support, security, and product communication. Contact contact@treydly.com for access or deletion requests.
